Module provides jQuery addtocopy functionality which automatically adds configurable text and link to the text copied from your site, i.e. when someone copies text from your site and then pastes it - this text will have additional line like this: "For more details see: [link to the page this text comes from]".
Installation and Setup
- Download jQuery addtocopy plugin and place it into 'sites/all/libraries/addtocopy' directory:
- (D7) You need the patched version of jQuery addtocopy plugin (all the instances of '$' replaced with 'jQuery') from http://andrewberezovsky.ru/demo/download/addtocopy.js
- (D6) You can can use the non-patched version of jQuery addtocopy library - http://tops.net.ua/jquery_addtocopy/js/addtocopy.js
- Download and install this module
Compatibility
There is a report that this module doesn't work in Safari 5.0.6 on Mac, but works fine in Safari 7.0.3. See #2237919: Doesn't work on Safari 5.0.6 for details.
