This project aims to implement basic Patient forms for a Medical Practitioner's Website. Conceptually, the Practioner will be able to add the EMR Basics module to thier Drupal website and securely review and recieve Patient data completed by thier Patients.

Currently only the Patient Registration form is near completion.

In Progress are the forms for:

  • Insurance Information
  • Current Medictions
  • History of Present Illness
  • Family History.
  • HIPAA Privacy Notice

The backend will provide:

  • Basic HL7 Messaging
  • File based HL7 Message exchange
  • Data Validation for Format and Content
