Tendu is the sum of my 5 years experience in HTML and CSS development for Bi-Directional websites, 2 of them using Drupal.
It was born from the lack of a light, stable, table-less and cross-browser theme that support RTL and BiDi layout "out of the box".
Tendu has a lot of the useful features that can be found in other "Starter themes" like Zen (I copied or re-wrote some of Zen's features, some good implementations there) but is much less complicated and bloated then these themes, though a bit less friendly for the non-professional user.

Help me improve Tendu
I am aware that changing Tendu 2.1 to your needs is not that simple if you are not a CSS professional.
Please, test Tendu and post issues about anything that bugs you in this release,
I can't make it better if I don't know what the users think of it.

About Nitobe

Nitobe is a fixed-width, content-first theme based on the 960 Grid System. It supports two or three column layouts in several configurations and a header image area that can be set to a fixed image or selected at random. In addition to the column region, a four region area spanning the width of the layout is provided between the content and footer regions.

The theme includes a default favicon, a custom maintenance page, a default user icon, and a variety of sample header images (940 x 118 pixels).

FlashVideo is a complete turn-key video solution that expands Drupal's upload capabilities to allow web developers and users to upload video files, automatically convert those videos to the popular Flash format, and then embed their video in any node type using the simple [video] tag. This module allows more than one video to be attached to any node, and then referenced through the use of parameters passed to the tag [video]. It also includes an automatic conversion of video files to the Flash format using FFMPEG technology.

Utility to convert Flexinode nodes into CCK nodes. The conversion currently has limitations, but is quite usable (and hopefully further users can help expand the functionality).

This module implements a subset of the HTML_QuickForm API to convert QuickForm API calls into equivalent Drupal Form API 2.0 associative arrays.

This module currently only exists to serve the needs of CiviCluster. It is a separate module to foster future development into a robust QuickForm to Drupal conversion tool. I will readily grant CVS access to anyone interested in pursuing this goal.

Synopsis

The Mass Contact module allows anyone with the proper permission to send a single email message to multiple users of a site, even to all the authenticated users. There are currently two methods for select users: either with user roles or taxonomy.

This module enables site users to invite guests for a limited timespan. For each invitation, a new user is created, together with login code (e.g. "EbN2F3") that the user can use to log in. When the invitation expires, the associated user is either blocked or deleted, so the invited user can't log in anymore.
